Bookings
10. The completion of the booking form either on-line, by fax or phone represents a binding agreement between us. Delegates and Exhibitors have the right to cancel their booking within 14 days. After that time period the fee is non-refundable. Biofuels Media Ltd will consider any requests for reimbursement made either by e-mail or in writing setting out your particular circumstances although the decision made by Biofuels Media Ltd after receipt of this request will be final and Biofuels Media Ltd is under no obligation to refund any fees. Fees will not be refundable under any circumstances within one month of the event..

Applicable Law

11. Biofuels Media Ltd has established this Site in England. English law shall govern its use at all times and, in the event of a dispute, the relevant parties shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Amendment of Terms of Use
